HM King Charles III carried out a review of the Royal Asutralian Navy in Sydney Harbour in one of his final engagements in the country.He was joined by HM Queen consort Camilla.It has been known as the Royal Australian Navy since 1911 and its vessels carry the name His Majesty's Australian Ship (HMAS).King Charles served in the Royal Navy,assuming command of the coastal minehunter HMS Bronington.He also qualified as a helicopter pilot,flying Wessex helicopters with 845 Naval Aviation Squadron.*Report by Louise Kennedy and edited and augmented by Andrew Taylor
