HRH Princess Catherine of Wales hosted the "Together at Christmas" carol service at Westminster Abbey,London.Among the guests were HRH Princess Beatrice of York (Prince Andrew's daughter) with her husband and son;HRH Sophie Duchess of Edinburgh;HRH William Prince of Wales;HRH Prince George of Wales;HRH Princess Charlotte of Wales;and HRH Prince Louis of Wales.The service will be broadcast on British TV on Christmas Eve.

HM King Charles III welcomed the Emir of Qatar,Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad Al Thani and his wife.with a ceremonial welcome at Horse Guards Parade at the start of their two-day State Visit.Also present were HRH William Prince of Wales and HRH Catherine Princess of Wales.Political leaders present included Prime Minister Keir Starmer and his wife and Foreign Secretary David Lammy.The King and Emir reviewed the British Army troops.Then they rode in carriages to Buckingham Palace,escorted by the Life Guards.As they arrived,the national anthems were played.
